VISIT offers full overview with new e-learning module - From notification to on-the-job instruction.
With the VISIT brand, ASTRUM IT GmbH, founded in 1992, has been impressing its customers for years. The VISIT visitor management software is a scalable solution that gives you a 360° view of the factory site. The system offers a synthesis of digital visitor management, logistics management and a training tool! From appointment coordination to registration, to employee instructions with only one software all processes can be combined. Now VISIT has extended its package VISIT Plus with the new module "E-Learning".
VISIT - NEW MODULE E-learning
The software experts for digital vitality from Erlangen have extended their VISIT brand with the practical e-learning module. This offers the possibility to train employees as well as external persons completely detached and independent of visit processes.
For this purpose, training content simply has to be stored and validity defined according to the persons to be instructed. By assigning employees and external companies to certain groups in advance - such as "Production" or "All employees" - all members of this group receive the latest version of the training with just one click. Successful completion is checked and documented by questions, all of which is, of course, DSGVO-compliant. The "training coordinator" keeps track of everything. All training sessions already completed, including information on participants, training version and validity, are made available in a straightforward manner via the export function.
The "training coordinator" receives an overview of all outstanding trainings that lose their validity and need to be renewed. As soon as a training is about to lose its validity and needs to be renewed, it can be configured in the software that the training coordinator and the participants* receive a mail reminder in X days before the validity expires. This allows all activities to be managed easily and efficiently.
The integration of another area in the software creates fluid process flows, as no additional systems are needed to cover all requirements.
