ASTRUM IT signs Charta der Vielfalt

ASTRUM IT GmbH thus pursues and supports the goal of advancing recognition, appreciation and the inclusion of diversity in the working world.
The Charta der Vielfalt e.V. is a non-profit employer initiative to promote diversity in companies and institutions. It was launched in December 2006 by four companies and is supported by the Federal Government Commissioner for Migration, Refugees and Integration, Minister of State Annette Widmann-Mauz.
Organizations should create a working environment that is free of prejudice. All employees should be valued - regardless of age, ethnic origin and nationality, gender and gender identity, physical and mental abilities, religion and worldview, sexual orientation and social origin.
More than 3,900 companies and institutions with a total of 14 million employees have already signed the Diversity Charter and the number of signatories is growing continuously!
Participation in the 9th German Diversity Day
On May 18, 2021, the 9th German Diversity Day took place, in which ASTRUM IT GmbH participated with numerous social media actions.
Gerhard Pölz, Managing Director of ASTRUM IT GmbH, clarifies: "For us, diversity means working for an appreciative and prejudice-free working environment. That's why we are part of the Charta der Vielfalt e.V. and are participating in the 9th German Diversity Day."
