From September 25 to 28, the company will be represented at the security essen trade fair with its own booth and will offer personal consulting sessions for those responsible for corporate security and plant security.

The web-based visitor and truck management system manages "non-operating persons" and vehicle traffic on the plant premises across all sites. The system is modular, flexible and is tailored to the respective processes and security requirements of the companies.

Especially at large company sites, several hundred people often pass through the company premises. Here, it is important to maintain an overview in order to be informed about the exact number of people and their location in any emergency situations. However, it is not only important to document the flow of visitors to ensure the safety of the people on the site. Sensitive products such as foodstuffs must be protected from damage caused by the influence of unauthorized persons or a lack of instruction regarding the safety regulations at the site. At the same time, there are persons or companies whose access is not desired or even prohibited. Efficient yet discreet screening of visitors and business partners while maintaining professionalism thus becomes essential. meets all these challenges with flexibility regarding the module composition. In addition, the system integrates easily into already existing company-specific infrastructures. Preconfigured solutions have already been combined for fast implementation. This saves time and money. Basic forms the basis for the complete recording of personal visits. Included are, among other things, user administration, the possibility to create visit processes and advance registrations, the printout of visit tickets, master data administration, evaluation and reporting functions. Plus ensures efficiency in the visit process and extends the basic module with additional features. Thus, visitor registration with Plus can take place even before entering the company premises. After successful pre-registration by a company employee, the external visitor receives an e-mail with a personalized link for his online check-in. There he completes his master data. A set Outlook calendar entry can be transferred directly to if the Outlook add-in is activated. Secure ensures safety on the company premises. With the help of an included authoring tool, security instructions in different languages can be created, maintained and modified by the customer himself. A badge can be assigned and issued to each visitor. With the assigned badge a visitor can get access to certain company areas. External persons and companies are transferred by to a sanctions list check system. There it is checked whether they are suspicious or unsuspicious. Suspicious cases can be checked in detail and canceled or confirmed in Yard Management focuses on the needs at the truck entrance. Here the vehicle, driver and forwarder are in the foreground. In addition to the entry and exit of a supplier, the arrival time, delivery note number or the loaded material can also be recorded. The corresponding truck can be called to the available loading point via a radio message receiver or a display panel. Self-Service provides relief at the reception. Using a tablet or a kiosk system, the relevant visitor - whether a supplier, tradesman or external company employee - can carry out all the steps of registration or deregistration themselves in various languages in advance or on site.

New at Security: Smart Reception ensures efficient registration and deregistration without the need for personnel at the gate. After the registration of a visitor or supplier, an e-mail is sent with a link for the release of an issued badge. The release can be done by the visited employee or the selected loading point.
