How we support our customers from various industries in adapting the user interfaces of our security software to their individual requirements without programming knowledge.
1. starting position
The product’s customer base is growing and with it the number of individual requirements:
- The clientele is made up of companies from a wide range of sectors: Industry (pharmaceuticals, metal, food), health, retail, food, financial services, aviation and many more.
- Each customer requires different information on the interface to process their tasks
- Customers want to be able to process the respective tasks on both small and large displays (responsive design)
- Look & feel should correspond to the current design standard
